Okay, as you know I am trying to renew my APs, before my trip in 3 weeks time.
Reading old threads I see that other people did theirs over the phone, so I have been trying to find a phone number to do this - or at least get advice from them about how else to do it.
I have found several phone numbers:
First number, a French woman asked where I was from and then put me straight through to normal booking number....prolonged wait... had to give up
Second number cut me off before I spoke to a real person
Third number, I spoke to a person who said she would put me through to Annual Passes and then she cut me off.
I tried phoning the normal booking number to get the AP office number, only to be told there was NO phone number for the AP office.
She would give me an address to write to, but I don't think I have time to write to them to ask them what I need to do and them to reply and me to sort it all out by my trip.
She kept saying to me "they have written to you, yes, to say you must renew?" and I would say "no they haven't" She would then say "but you have the letter that tells you to renew?" It went round in circles for a while.
Any thoughts, oh wise Disers about what I should do? Any other numbers you can think of to phone?
If I don't renew before I check in at the DLH they told me they will charge me the full price.
