Next month will be my second trip to Disney and my 15 month old toddler's first trip. Anyone have any tips such as things you wish you brought or things you wish you did or didn't do?

Thanks in advance, I love this board!

Disposable sippy cups. If we were at a park and she drank milk out of it, I could just throw it away. I could fill one with water when we left the hotel and use it for milk later. If it only had water in it or we just used it in the room, I would wash it in the sink with some dish soap.

Disposable bibs. I like the Munchkin brand (Target) with the inside out pocket which catches everything (even at 2, she drops enough food in that pocket for a whole other meal).

I brought waaaayyy to many diapers. I would count for a week (or for whatever time you will be away) how many diapers you use and add 5 or 10.

Enjoy your trip!

We Traveled With Our Daughter When She Turned Two (literally At The Park).

We Brought In A Favorite Baby Doll One Day. Not A Good Idea. Too Hard To Keep Track Of.

We Brought Sunglasses And A Hat And Our Stroller. She Did Great. When She Wanted To Walk, We Held Her Hand. We Brought Too Many Diapers As Well.

Bring:
  • hand Wipes
  • hand Sanitzier (if You Wish)
  • a Toy Or Two That Can Be Attached To Those Links And Hook To Stroller
  • sunglasses
  • hat
  • sunscreen
  • plenty Of Snacks (fruit Snacks, Granola Bites, Etc.)
  • a Small Coloring Book And A Few Colored Pencils
  • a Book You Can Attach To Those Links

The Idea With Throw-away Sippy Cups Is A Great Idea! I Would Try That!

If You Are Going To Be In The Park After Dark, You Might Bring A Small Blanket (like A Receiving Blanket, but One You Are Not Attached To Should It Get Lost) For At Night. It Gets Cool And If Your Little One Falls Asleep In The Stroller It Will Help. We Also Used To Over Her Stroller Shade If She Fell Asleep During The Day To Keep Noise And The Sun Away Best We Could.

Good Luck And Have Fun!

There are very good tips posted already! But I have traveled to disney when each of my kids were about 2 and it was lots of fun. If your child won't nap in the stroller than plan on taking midday breaks at your hotel. I think staying on site is the best when traveling with small kids. They also sell changing table disposable covers. I got these last trip and they were great and I was alot less grossed out by the germy tables. They sell them in the baby isle at Target. I would bring some hand wipes too. If you plan on swimming I would bring a floatie & swim Diapers for the pool in case you need it. Most hotels have a toddler pool though some you might not need a float. Disposable sippy cups are great if your child is too young for Juice boxes. Doon't forget to use baby swap on the rides.
