I'm Kristin, 21 years old, studying hotel management in Wisconsin.

1.I think you're asking how I found out about the program. I found out about the program on the message boards like this one.

2. I did 2 programs. Aug 2008-May 2009 & Aug 2010-Jan 2011. I worked in costuming at Hollywood Studios both times, at Fantasmic & Block Party Bash. I really wanted to work at Disney, so that's why I did the first program. I did a second program because I loved being there during the first one.

3. I don't quite understand what you're asking.

4. It takes a lot for me to feel pressured/frustrated, but I would usually try to take a few minutes to collect myself before returning to whatever it was I was working on.

5. I worked backstage, so I didn't have any magical moments or anything with the guests, but I knew that a lot of people look forward to meeting the characters & seeing the parades & shows at Disney & that I'm part of making it possible for them to enjoy those things.

6. My favorite/special memory from my days off are the grand opening of the American Idol Experience. They had a parade with all the people that had won. I also went to the last Beauty & the Beast show for one of the people in the show & went backstage for their party for her. I also really enjoyed meeting the characters.

7.My favorite part of Disney is everything. The parks, resorts, characters, I can't really pick one definite favorite thing.

8.It definitely changed me. I feel like I'd still be going to a college I didn't really like, studying something I wasn't really interested in if I hadn't done the program. It also gave me a boost of confidence & forced me out of my shell.

9. I'm not sure, I never went to any of the other theme parks in Florida. I've been to a six flags park, but that doesn't even come close to possibly comparing with Disney.

10. The program is really what you make it. Take advantage of the things they offer & have a blast. You'll be homesick at first, but after you start working & get into a routine, you don't think about being homesick.

I hope this helps.
