ok, you wanted thoughts (we're BW view addicts ~ is there a support group for that?

):
IMHO, there is nothing in all of WDW like a BW view. waking up to the silence of the BW, sitting on the balcony in jammies, sipping coffee, and little by liitle the "world" changes ~ grey sky gives way to blue streaks reflecting in the mirrored lake, the light thumping of joggers on the wooden planks, the scents of the bakery wafting across.....
so sloooowly the metamorphosis takes place. you can hear the squeaking of the laundry carts, giggling children accompanying their parents to the bakery, soft tooting of the ferries...
& the sun finally lighting up the sky so you can fully appreciate your view of the romantic gazebo nestled by the lake's edge, the elegant Yacht Club & Beach Clubs, glimpses of spaceship earth & World Showcase.
& if waking up to all of that wasn't enough

, you can sit on the balcony in the evening (great time to have a glass of wine, IMHO), watching as people try their abilities at tossing basketballs into hoops and lobsters on pots & the ecstatic squeals when they win, listening to the laughter of friends & families trying to navigate surrey bikes, the delicious aromas coming from big river and spooodles, the people looking up at you in awe, wondering how you got to be so lucky to be there.........
and to end your day: your private show of Illuminations, the dazzling fireworks lighting the night sky, the music drifting over to met you....you can sway, finger conduct, sing, or just watch ~ it's your BoardWalk View
btw, i do have quite a few BW view photos, but i don't think they can depict the magic & immersion........hopefully, i gave you some idea of what to expect
