Please review my itinerary

I did not see princess meet and greets. I don't know if your girls like princesses, but I know my 6 year old would prefer to meet Anna, Elsa, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Belle, Ariel, Jasmine, Tiana, Merida, and Tinker Bell more than doing any rides. We spend our time 60% meeting princesses, 40% rides.

We don't do naps, instead the kids sleep like 11 hours at night. So if we want to do rope drop they're in bed by 8 at the latest.

We have Anna and Elsa FPP our last day at 1pm if the girls are up for going we will go, On Epcot day we will also make time to meet baymax joy and sadness in the morning before breakfast, then try to find the characters at WS in afternoon. We have lots of character meals in addition to those so hoping that will be enough. If they love meeting characters more than rides then we can head to characters first thing in the morning I suppose!

Its hard for us to predict when (or even if) your kids will hit the wall or meltdown. For us, we found that the kids wore down more as time went on. The first part of the trip they were probably excited enough they could go to midnight, but as the days went on we'd find they'd tire a little earlier each day. Your results could be completely different...

One other comment: One of my kids was a little sensitive to noise, but maybe at a slightly younger age than yours. Your opening day (travel) is going to be long. Keep in mind that Fantasmic is quite loud, and somewhat scary in places for younger kids. It seems every time I've gone, I've seen kids that couldn't handle it and get taken out by either the noise or the intensity. I think your guys are probably old enough to handle it, but if they're going in a little too tired, it could get a little rough...

Thank you for honest feedback! Our plan never has more than 1-2 hours of touring in between one hour breaks....

Our first day we have one ride and one show, then a sit down dinner followed by one ride on the way to Fantasmic, is that really too much?

Day two we do rides from 9-11 break 11-12 then do rides from 12-1:30, wander or rest until parade, then sit down dinner at 1900 at 4:15. After dinner going back to poly to hang out the rest of the day.

How much more rest time would you recommend for kiddos this age to get through that first day until the parade? Of course if we miss parade not a big deal but I was hoping they could make it if we take those breaks.

It's really more about the time you're in the parks vs back at your resort. This is purely anecdotal evidence from my own 6y/o DS who is also ADHD, but I find that it works better to avoid the meltdowns to hit the parks hard in the morning, take the afternoon off for pool time or naps and then hit the parks hard again from dinner through whenever the little ones start to poop out. The breaks in the parks might feel like breaks to you, but your excited kids are going to want to go do all the exciting things they're seeing until they hit that wall and then you've got meltdowns. Again, my personal experience but I've also hear it a lot on this board as well.
