Any comments or advice are appreciated.

This is a High school Graduation trip to Paris for our daughter - she’s always dreamed of going and just our luck they host the Olympics in her graduation year! Tour anything we want to repeat at DLP with Premier Pass possibly?

Day 1:
When you arrive, as it's almost time for check in, ask if your room is ready yet. It does happen that by 2pm they have rooms already available. This will be a nice time saver.

If you arrive at 2pm and go to New Port Bay, you should be able to be in the park at 3pm. Only bottleneck is unexpected lines at check in. If there is, don't check in, drop your bags and go to the park. They do not ask you for proof of stay (or at least, I have never experienced it) to leave your bags.
When you come from Disney Village, cross the hotel and go out again. You will find the baggage storage on your left hand at the main entrance.

Double check the show times, I do not see Splashes at 4:10. It's 3:25 or 5:50.

Going back and forth between New Port Bay and your dinner is doable, but it's a lot of movement. If you are at Small World, it will take you roughly 10 minutes to the front of the park, and another 15 minutes to get to New Port Bay. And the same back to Remy's.
Is there a reason you do it like this? You can also do Phantom Manor and Big Thunder before dinner and then go to your room to unpack after. You can find a spot for the fireworks without rushing.

Otherwise:
Phantom Manor's line keeps moving quite steadily (as it is an infinite loop), so you probably won't need a PA for this. Either way, to do both Phantom Manor and Big Thunder between 8 and 11 pm should be very doable, even in the regular standby line.

Day 2:
Have a look at which rides are open during Magic Hours, in the app, you will be able to do some of your list besides Big Thunder.
Do Autopia as close to opening hours as possible, as this ride is a pain due to the very slow loading and even slower unloading process.
Keep in mind, this is a kiddie ride aimed at kids under 12. Determine if it's worth it.

Just a head's up: Our Lion King Show is not the same as the one in Animal Kingdom. It's a mix of the animation with 2 songs and the vibe of the Broadway show. It has some aerial work, but no further acrobatics. Tip, if you have a choice of seat and the middle section is full, go for the right over the left (when facing the stage). On the right are Timon and Pumbaa during Can You Feel The Love Tonight and they are usually hilarious.
Keep in mind: Lion King and Mickey and the Magician have guaranteed access for 15 euro per person, in the middle section (unless you arrive unusually late). When it comes to value for money, I consider this a better investment than using it for a 2 minute ride.

A while ago, they changed the showtimes of Stars on Parade, it's at 11:30 in the morning now.

Day 3
I do not see it on the list or in the app, but on social media I see Pays des Conte Fees closed for refurbishment for the rest of the summer. They have restarted Casey Jr. again.

Just go with the flow, you will have a great time!

Thank you so much!! Thursday we may hit a couple favorites in the AM before heading back to Paris.

We are considering a day of Premier access on Tuesday or Wednesday for all rides that offer - it will be expensive for 4 people but seems like it might be worth it? May I buy it for only one day when I have a park ticket package?

I personally never advise a package. Things to keep into account:
1. there are rides that do not need it very often.
2. you are a group of adults, do you want to spend extra money to do the kiddies rides?
3. how familiar are you with the rides, if you are from the US, there are some rides that are identical or very similar. Do you want to spend money on rides you have done a dozen times in the US?

My advice would be to pay per ride and use the money you save for guaranteed access for shows.
To my knowledge there is no limit that you can only buy it one day during your trip.

For your second day, during extra time I always do Peter Pan as the absolute first thing. It will never have a short line and it closes before the park to prepare for the night show. There is no way to get around a long line. If you do Peter Pan and then rush to BTMRR you might find still a short line, otherwise at night is another option (one ride at night is recommended anyway, but you already did that the first day).
