My fiance and I are going on our Disneymoon in July and was wondering if you would review this draft of our itenerary. I know that it's early but I'm so excited that I've been planning since we got engaged. Finally, I have something put together for our stay. We are flexible to changes and if we can't make it to certain PSs or decide to cancel them, that is fine.

Sunday, July 3rd, 2005

We arrive in Orlando at 11:29AM. We will probably be taking a towncar to All-Star Sports so I figure we will get there by 2:00 at the latest which means we'll be ready for the parks by 4.

Then we'll head to Epcot.
- explore WS
- watch Illuminations

Monday, July 4th, 2005

Spend the day at Disney-MGM Studios.
- watch afternoon parade
- Fantasmic! Dinner Package at Hollywood & Vine

Tuesday, July 5th, 2005

Breakfast PS at the Concourse Steakhouse in the Contemporary.

Spend the day at the Magic Kingdom.
- watch afternoon parade

Wednesday, July 6th, 2005

Spend the day at Epcot.

Thursday, July 7th, 2005

Spend the day at Animal Kingdom.
- watch afternoon parade

PS for supper at MGM's Sci Fi Dine-In Theatre.

Spend evening at Pleasure Island.
- Check out Adventurer's Club and Comedy Warehouse.

Friday, July 8th, 2005

PS for breakfast at Spoodles at Boardwalk.

Visit Downtown Disney.
- do some shopping

Visit Grand Floridian.
- watch Electrical Water Pageant

Saturday, July 9th, 2005

Eat breakfast at the food court.

Spend the day at the Magic Kingdom.
- PS for dinner and dessert at Cinderella's Royal Table
- watch SpectroMagic
- watch Wishes

Sunday, July 10th, 2005 :guilty:

Fly home at 12:15PM

If anyone sees any problems or has any suggestions, please post them.

Hi, Sounds great! The only thing I would caution you on is making so many PS's. I started off just like you making ps's for everywhere I wanted us to eat. In the end we only kept two of them. When you get to the parks you may find that you want to have more freedom and flexibility. Having so many Ps's keeps you on a time table. You may want to spend more time at one park or doing something else and don't want to feel rushed around to make your PS. Some of the restraunts you shouldn't have to wait very long at even if you don't have a PS. But most importantly enjoy and have fun!

Thanks for your comments. I have been inspired to cut back on the number of PSs I will make. My original strategy was to make one for almost every meal and then cancel them later if we wanted to or not care if we couldn't make it. I thought it would be easier to make them and cancel then try to get them later since we are going on one of the busiest weeks of the year. I have decided though that not having more than we actually really want to go to will make us feel more free. Thanks for the advice. I have updated my OP. Please review it and tell me how it is now.

Two things: I would be in Epcot to watch Illuminations on July 4th. We saw that show this 4th of July and it convinced my DH that we have to go back to Disney every July 4th, even after a week of him complaining it was too crowded and he would only ever go back in October or January!

The other thing I would suggest is making sure you have down time in your days. Walking around in the heat all day can be exhausting!

Have fun planning the perfect honeymoon, and Congratulations!

Thank you hmgolden for your suggestions. We plan to go with the flow so if we got hot/tired/cranky walking around we will simply go back to our room. I won't schedule those in though because if we have energy we're keeping going.

As far as July 4th goes, we are staying away from MK and Epcot. We have zero interest in Independence Day (not being from America) and will take the time as an opportunity to explore another park. I just hope that all the people go to Epcot to see IllumiNations that night. lol Therefore, I think we will stick with our Fantasmic! Dinner Package. That way we are guarenteed to not have to stand in line for something.

You might want to schedule a "get to know one another" day if you get my drift

I would suggest some things. My Husband and I had a honeymoon in Disney in August and there are somethings that made it so memorable. A dinner at about 9:00 at night at California Grill on top of the Contemporary. That is one thing I will never forget. It was so romantic. Also if you are the type of people like my DH and don't like standing in long lines at Magic Kingdom I would look into the e-pass the night you go there. It is something you have to get that day so no planning ahead of time. Have fun!!
