2/26 Land at 12:30 pm 5:20 PM Coral Reef

2/27 MK Day 8:40 AM Ohana Breakfast
6:30 PM boat to WCC at WL

2/28 AK DAY or HS Lunch - Yak and Yeti or Flame Tree CS?
6:05 PM The WAVE at the Contemporary

3/1 DAY AT SEA WORLD

3/2 AK DAY 10:15 AM Tusker House
6:15 PM T-Rex Downtown Disney

3/3 Day at HS 1:25 PM Lunch at Sci Fi OR
5:10 PM Mama Melrose
7:30 PM Fantasmic

3/4 Epcot Day 3:30 PM Teppan Edo

3/5 Any Park (Flight 6:00 PM) 10:00 AM BOMA

A couple of the times are not perfect but not bad for just putting this trip together since Dec. I would like the WCC time moved up because of missing the Fireworks at MK? Any other suggestions for dinner the day of MK instead of WCC? Possibly somewhere on the monorail? Maybe I should move THE WAVE reservation to that night and do something different after AK that night. Also the Teppan Edo time is not ideal but it should work. Any thoughts between Sci Fi for lunch or Mama Melrose for dinner on HS Day?

I would love CS suggestions at each park.

We are over one sit down meal so maybe I should cancel BOMA for breakfast on the last day and just eat at whichever park we choose. I was just wanting them to see AK lodge with the possiblility of some animal sightings in the AM. My boys are big animal fans.

So far I have not added the hoppers on to tickets but I am not totally against it either. Was waiting to see?

Thanks for any Suggestions. I love this board!!!

3/3 Day at HS 1:25 PM Lunch at Sci Fi OR
5:10 PM Mama Melrose
7:30 PM Fantasmic

You need to do scifi... otherwise you will miss fantasmic.

If you move The Wave to your MK day, you could do Boma on 2/28. We ate there over the holidays and our kids thought it was really neat seeing the animals at AK lodge at night.

I definitely agree Mama Melrose ressie may make you miss Fantasmic! Also I would suggest going to Flame Tree in AK, it is amazing! We definitely do not miss that one when we go.

Another vote for Flame Tree!! We love that place, my boys too!

Also, go to Sci Fi for the lunch. They have an amazing burger that they only offer at lunch. And the yummy milkshakes can count as your drink (or dessert if you choose).

The rest of your choices look great. My boys ate at Teppan Edo (I was worried as they were 6 and 5 at the time), but they loved it. It helped we had a great chef that night who did the onion volcano! :)

Also, keep Boma (AKL is awesome!) and look at your other TS meals and think about paying OOP for it. Lunches and breakfasts tend to be cheaper than paying OOP for a dinner.

Forgot to mention some of our favorite QS options:

MK: Columbia Harbour House (great food and lots of seating upstairs. Good for people watching while enjoying your meal!)

EPCOT: Sunshine Seasons Plaza (The Land). Great food court with something for everyone. 2nd choice is Electric Umbrella for the burgers)

DHS: not overly impressed with QS options here. Stick with lunch at Sci-Fi

AK: Flame Tree BBQ of course! :thumbsup2

Wow, thanks for all of the great responses.

I think I will do the Wave on the 27th instead of WCC. Great suggestion. I just realized that on out day at MK with the extended PM hours (27th) there is no Electric light parade. How big of a deal is that and would that warrant the purchasing of a hopper to see that one other evening??

Also, I have heard rave reviews about Kona breakfast too and was considering doing it on the 27th instead of Ohana. I know there would be no characters but I am not sure the boys would be super into the characters anyway and we are doing tusker house with characters. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks, for the heads up on the Mama Melrose reservation. I was unable to get the fantasmic package but I hope it is not TOO crowded at this time but Fantasmic is only 2 times the whole week so days are limited.

Any thoughts on the hopper purchase?

We LOVE Kona... but there is no way that my kids would give up Ohana. Ohana is our favorite character meal and the food is great. Kona is really just a breakfast meal. I wouldn't trade personally.

The parade also is not good enough to warrant hoppers. That hopping will cost you over $200. That's an EXPENSIVE parade ;). I'd either try to rearrange my schedule or just miss it this time.

My only suggestions are for CS meals...in addition to Columbia Harbour House, we like Pinnochio's (we try to get a table at the window to watch the Small World boats) and Casey's (just hot dogs, but something we do every trip). Unless I'm mistaken, Casey's also usually stays open for at least awhile during evening EMH - I'm pretty sure I've eaten a hot dog at like 1 am before. ;)

At EPCOT, I *loathe* the Electric Umbrella! It is loud, busy, and not quite clean (at least in my experiences). We much prefer to do a CS in one of the WS pavilions - I like Mexico (haven't been since they re-did it though), DD likes China, and DH likes America. I just like having a little more variety.

At DHS, we like Pizza Planet - nothing special about the food necessarily (although I think the veggie pizza is pretty good), but it usually seems less hectic than the other CS places (we sit upstairs). If you do Sci Fi for lunch, Pizza Planet might not be a bad dinner before Fantasmic.

Have fun!

If possible, I would try to leave WCC some where in your trip. I think your boys would really like the antics. Maybe after your day at Sea World?

I would do Sci-Fi instead of Mama Melrose's... your boys will love the cars & the themeing at Sci-Fi!

If you move the Wave to where WCC currently is, then maybe move Boma to dinner after your 1st AK day?

For counterservice, we enjoy the following:

MK - Columbia Harbor House, Casey's, & Pinnochio Village Haus

EPCOT - Sunshine Seasons (Future World), Cantina de San Angel (Mexio, World Showcase), & the France counterservice (but I can never spell it correctly!)

Disney Studios - Toy Story Pizza Planet - there's an arcade here too which your boys will probably enjoy!

Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree!!!

Downtown Disney - Earl of Sandwich - located very convienently to Once Upon a Toy!

If you move The Wave to your MK day, you could do Boma on 2/28. We ate there over the holidays and our kids thought it was really neat seeing the animals at AK lodge at night.

I like this suggestion. You keep Boma (yummy) and have an alternative to WCC (also yummy and fun though) that you want to cancel. It takes one off. I would keep checking for cancellations on the Fantasmic Dining package as well but cancel the late meal for sure.
