Please remember

Sorry OP experienced this. BTDT.

I have just about had it with people who spray in the elevator, monorail, at the table or in other confined spaces! Seriously! Had an issue in March, where some young teens were spraying sunscreen all over each other in the monorail. We had to wait for another one, as there were no more empty cars. We were going back to our villa for dinner, and so it really inconvenienced us.

We also have allergies/asthma, and take care before we do anything, as we know it might affect others, but sadly, that's not the case with most things in life these days.

Eating and smelling chemicals of any kind is bad for me, but lately at Disney, the spray sunscreens are a big problem during the 2 weeks each summer that we are there. :(

I like the spray on sunscreen because I can get areas that I can't generally reach when applying the rub on kind (back of shoulders, lower neck)

When I apply it, though, I have to make sure I am either in a well ventilated area, or preferably outside. That stuff makes me wheeze!!!

I can even begin to imagine applying it in a crowd of people... rude!!!

OP...sorry that happened! MY DH is severely asthmatic. He doesn't even go into major mall department stores because of the perfume sprayers...Also, many women wear their perfume in such a strong way it sends him into a severe attack immediately. There are so many people with respiratory problems (did you read the new statistics this week on asthma) now I think something is going to have to be done about it (at least public service announcements to make people aware).

I thought that I was the only one that hated the sprays. When I was at Bonnet Creek a few weeks ago, I was laying on my pool chair reading my kindle and someone started to spray their lotion. The spray got all over me and I could taste it. YUCK!!! Anyway, anyone know how to clean a Kindle if you get suntan lotion on it???

I love the spray sunscreen, but I apply it before I leave the bathroom! DH hated putting sunblock on my back and shoulders with lotion, but he's happy to spray it on! I agree with a previous poster that common sense isn't so common anymore. I see rudeness all the time, everywhere I go. I have severe allergies and am allergic to perfumes and I can't believe the people I encounter who decide to spray on a body spray or put on perfume in a public place. Ugh. I don't want to smell like Axe, thanks.
I spend a good portion of my day reminding my students of proper manners and how to treat others. Many honestly aren't learning proper behavior at home.
