Please Recommend Kissimmee Area Hotel

Hi gang, Happy May Day almost ! Could we please get some ideas for a hotel near WDW ? My DW and DD are coming in by train 1 day before my DS and I are flying in, and are looking for a clean, not outrageously priced hotel for one night. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !! Thanx again.

The Raddison Parkway is reasonable on Parkway Blvd. Its also nice!
Its outside the Main Gate about a mile down on 192.

There's a Holiday Inn at Summer Bay that's right across from our apt complex, so it's pretty close to WDW (15 minute drive). Holiday Inns are usually reasonably priced.

I like Cypress Pointe myself. It is about 1 mile from DD and is very clean. You can rent any size from a studio up to a 3 bedroom grand villa.
