please recommend a water proofing for my deck

it's bare wood - recommendations please?

We use Thompson's Water Sealer. We use it twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

I use this every 3 years. My deck is over 700 sq. ft. not counting railings so I don't want to do it often. fwiw I found Thompson's to be the worst as evidenced by the twice a year post above mine.

Thank you. I have had several people tell me that Thompson's wasn't so dependable unless you re-applied it often. We're barely having enough time to do it this once let alone every season!
