Please recommend a 3BR suite VERY close to Disney

There will be 10 of us, 5 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 small children. Would love to find something affordable that is large enough for all of us. REally want to stay onsite but thinking off site might save us a lot of money! Thanks in advance!

Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare condos are surrounded by Disney property and offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. Max occupancy for a 2 BR is 6, so that will be too small, but either of the others will fit your needs. WBC has mostly 2 BR units, so if you want 3 BR, you need to book early. We always stay at WBC (we're Wyndham owners), and it's a great place to stay.

I book ours directly through Wyndham, but if you check this forum, you will find recommendations for places that rent the WBC units.

I have no experience with other resorts, but I know there are a lot of condos for rent in the area if you look around this forum.

We rent homes in Windsor Hills. For less than $200/night, we have rented 6 bedroom homes with a pool and hot tub. Check out availability on your dates using VRBO. We do rent cars when staying there so we can drive to the restaurants on 192 and to the parks. Bonnet Creek is the best option if you don't want to drive, but the homes at Windsor Hills may be cheaper. Just remember that on site parking is $17/day.

For a party that large, I'd get a multi-bedroom home in Windsor Hills. Don't cram that many people into 3 bedrooms. It will not be that much more expensive to get the space you need.

Bonnet Creek without a doubt. Can't get much closer since it is onsite...just not owned by Disney.

We rent from myresortnetwork. I am paying $125 a night for a three bedroom....including all taxes, etc.

Definitely would recommend Bonnet Creek. 7th visit coming up in August. Always book with Ken and Denise Price at www.vacationupgrades.com, Fantastic to deal with, never had a single issue in all these years.

Lake Buena Vista Resort has 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. The rooms are so cheap you could probably get 2 rooms at $100/night each. Prices vary of course, but we paid around $90/night when we stayed there.

Another vote for WBC and be sure to check out the Presidential Suites (they put Disney resorts to shame).

I agree with this. A 2 or 3 bedroom condo might be a tight fit for a group of 10 that is comprised of so many adults; and many 2 and 3 bedroom suites and condos have an occupancy limit of 6-8 people. The 3 bedroom condo we stayed in at Windsor Hills felt "just right" for my then family of six and could accommodate up to 8 people (which would require the use of the full size sleeper sofa). There are plenty of nice, reasonably priced 4, 5, and 6 bedroom house rentals that would comfortably accommodate a group of 10 people in nearby, conveniently located communities like Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, Emerald Island, Indian Creek, etc.; just to mention a few.

I totally agree. Rent a house. Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, or somewhere similar. Three bedrooms really isn't enough space for 10 people. Get a 5 or 6 bedroom house and you'll have plenty of space, more bathrooms, public space, a full kitchen, your own pool, etc. Plus you'll have the amenities of the development clubhouse.

In addition to Bonnet Creek, you might want to check out Floridays or Westgate Lakes Resort. WGL has floorplans on their website and are very spacious. It is not as close to Disney as WBC.
