Please recommend 4-5 bdr in/near Emerald Isle area

I have been looking for a 4 or 5 bedroom house or townhouse that is
in the same area as Emerald Island, Windsor Hills etc. and I am so
confused! I want to be sure I'm getting a well maintained and clean place.
I'm not sure I can trust the reviews on some rental sites.
I would much rather get a recommendation from someone on this forum.

Please help! I'm getting tired of spending hours searching through
websites!

We stayed here a few years ago, and it was great. The owner was reliable and the property management company was easily accessible.
