I posted yesterday about being upset that I did not know the AP rates were out until I got home from work, as I did not see it on Mousesavers when I checked earlier in the day. Anyway, I called when I got home and made a 3 nite ressie at AKL and 6 nites at the BWI. I wanted a waterview room at the BWI, but none were available so I booked a standard and the CM told me to call back later and maybe one would pop up. I waited a little while and called back but when I gave the CM my confirmation numbers, she said there were no such numbers in the system. She put me on hold forever and came back to tell me guest services had found it under different numbers. She checked for a waterview, but still none available. She told me to call back this morning and there might be one. I called this morning at 7am sharp and was on hold for 1 hr 20 mins, that's right, 30 mins at home, 30 mins in the car on the way to work and 20 mins at my desk with my cell to my ear. When I gave the CM my ressie numbers, she came back and told me my reservation was at the Beach Club! I was beside myself until she told me she could change it to the Boardwalk but it would still be a standard view. She gave me an entirely new Confirmation number and told me to call back everyday to check for a waterview. I hung up and decided to go to the Passholder webpage to check the ressie and when I pulled up the new conf. number, it came back saying, "This reservation is cancelled!" I had an adrenaline rush and grabbed the phone only to hold for another 40 minutes! When the CM came on the line, I explained everything to him and told me to hold on. He came back on the line and said the reservation was still in the system and was a good one and he did not know why I could not pull it up on the computer. I feel so anxious about all of it! Does anyone know how I can know for sure everything is OK? I am still not able to pull that reservation number up online! Is there a special guest service number I can call? Any info is appreciated!
