Please rank these hotels for me, I need to decide quickly

There are 5 or us going for last minute x-mas trip. These are my choices
I have been away from the boards(out of the loop) and need some fast help.

Summer bay
Blue Heron Beach Resort
Grand Beach Vacation Resort
Regal Palms
Bahama bay
Blue tree
or 2 studo rooms at Cypress Pointe

I'm only familiar with Summer Bay and Grand Beach. Of the two, I like Summer Bay a little better, but Grand Beach is closer to Disney. Are the sizes all the same (except for the two studios)? The 3br Grand Beach are very roomy for 5.

I've heard excellent things about Cypress Pointe, but two studios probably means you wouldn't have much of a kitchen.

My opinion from worst to best of the ones I know about:

Don't know about Regal Palms, Blue Tree or Blue Heron.

I stayed in the old section of Summer Bay and hated it. The newer villas are much nicer.

Five people won't fit in two studios at Cypress point. There is one room with one king bed and no other furniture in each unit.

Bahama Bay has gotten some really bad reviews.

My pick would be a three bedroom three bath unit at Grand Beach Vacation Resort. The units are huge and are great for 5-6 people.

I too am not familiar w/ many of these.

The Regal Palms is a bit further out don't forget. The drive from that area never bothered us, but for some that might eliminate a choice.

As for Cypress Pointe- why not just get the 3 bedroom as opposed to 2 studios (which won't work anyhow).

Summer Bay and Bahama Bay can be iffy.

As for the other's I've never even heard of them.

So, personally my choice would either be take the drive from the Regal Palms (it's newer), or get the larger rooms at Cypress Pointe.

I've reserved both Cypress Pointe and Grand Beach alot for clients, and I get very good reviews from both.
I've recently seen Cypress Pointe for Christmas week for less than $900 total for a 3 bedroom unit.

As we have been in Summer bay and Grand Beach Vacation Resort both are really gud we like it a lot and the only thing i can say is the grand beach is very closer to Disney and the room sizes are the same.So i would like to suggest u that u can stay any off these resorts. Have a pleasent stay..

Pool area at Regal Palms is beautiful with the lazy river. The service, however, leaves a lot to be desired.

If you don't care about the pool, I'd go somewhere else.
