Please Post Dates of your Spring Break 2005

Now that some codes are out through 4/16/05 and our (Central Massachusetts) Spring break is 4/18-4/22, I am trying to decide if I want to risk any crowds. Do many other states also have this week off? Of course, I still need some codes!!

We were just there 10/1-10/10/04. The Saturday of Columbus Day w/e was near capacity!! Wow, the lines!! We still had a blast!! We found the crowds in the week prior to Columbus Day weekend fairly comfortable to navigate.

Middle GA, don't know if it's the whole state or not, Starts at the end of school on April 1 through Sunday April 10. HTH

I just re read through your wntire post, we were there Oct 5-10, crowds were building up steadily. F&W festival was packed on Saturday night, We were at the first official sold out halloween party of the year Glad to see someone else planning another trip back so soon!

Here in CT, we have off the same week as you, 4/18. My niceces in Sterling, Mass & Wilmington, Mass are also off this week. From what I have read in the last few months, Ct, Mass, and another state or two in the Northeast are off the same week. It seems the rest of the country has varying breaks.

We were at the 10/3 MNSSHP--still haven't finished all the candy and I MISSED the headless horseman-UUGH!!

Loved the F&W festival at Epcot-- it was not too crowded the nights we were there.

We want to go back!!

That's when we're going too. It gets moderately crowded in the parks, especially after 10am. By noon-1pm there was at least a 60 min. standby wait for popular rides, and fastpasses for those rides were gone by 2-3pm. We took full advantage of early entry and used the UG touring plans to plan our days and it worked out well. We got to do most everything we wanted by using Fastpass judiciously...lots of New Englanders there!

AuroraluvsPhillip--we have yet to try Universal. Just curious how you are doing the split between Universal and WDW (how many days at each)...Have you stayed at HRH before? Are codes posted for universal hotels?

Another Rochester NY family going the same week. First timers for Spring Break - We are used to off-season & small crowds. Should be interesting. But DS is a Junior in HS & can't miss any school & hope to catch up.....

Fairfax County (Northern Virginia) is off Mar. 19 (Saturday) through Mar. 27. I thought we were early, and reading this thread, with its many different responses, I'm more convinced!!! But, of course, a staggered Spring Break schedule is a good thing for all of us.
