Seeing it's a short trip I would do the Poly for the ease of the Monorail. Or I would do BC but don't pay extra for water view. The pool at BC is amazing and the ease of walking to and from EPCOT and HS is wonderful. We loved being able to pop back to our room to rest and freshen up then heading back to the park for the night time.
