PLEASE PLEASE help decide between 3 DTD hotels

I am trying to decide between

Wyndham Lake Buena Vista
Hilton Downtown Disney
Buena Vista Palace

It is my understanding that these 3 are the closest hotels to Downtown Disney. We are looking for a hotel for 1 night (we will not be visiting the parks -just DTD - so shuttles are not a factor). Looking for something with a good pool for the kids and within walking distance to DTD.

Any/all input is very much appreciated. This is the final decision that I need to make to finalize our travel plans.

Sorry, I haven't stayed in any of those, but the Holiday Inn (formerly Courtyard by Marriott) is next door to the Hilton and it's withing walking distance to the DTD Marketplace. It is nice!

We stayed at the Wyndham (when it was Regal Sun) just last year. The kids loved the pool, even though there was only one day they were able to swim because of the temps--it was Christmas time. We stayed in a standard room, ground level and looked out over the pool area. The room was nice but if we went back we'd request a tower room (my husband doesn't like rooms with exterior doors, would rather have interior walkways). There was a small fridge in the room. Clean, nice character breakfast a couple days a week, room was a little small but okay for the 4 of us (two adults, two kids). We would stay there again, if pricing was same---we actually got a pretty decent deal through our cable company.
The pool actually is more like multiple pools, one that is a deeper pool that is more for swimming, and one that has multiple areas designed more with the children in mind. There is a children's play area in the pool with sprayers, a rock with bench like seats under a waterfall, there is a hot tub, a bar area and the whole pool area is close to the lake so has a great view.

The hotel is VERY close to DTD, walk out the front doors, walk the length of the property, cross the street and you are there.

I've stayed at the Hilton several times and have always enjoyed it!
