I can't wait to follow your trip report! I convinced my DBF to take another trip to Disney not long after our first and we are doing the Princess Half Marathon in 2014, he's such a good sport

Glad I caught this. My husband ran in 2012 and it was quite the experience. I signed him up and said he had to run it so I could have the Mickey medal....what a good husband!!!

You are right, the place is a zoo for the 3 days of race time, and the ESPN area was crazy....started to have panic attacks because everyone was bumping into me.

Love your photos of MK. Me and the kids ran to see Dave run through the castle, but as we came off the monorail he ran past us and I knew at the pace he was running I would never make it.

As a fellow RIer and as a Lymphoma survivor, thank you and great job to both of you.

Wow - what an amazing and inspirational story!! You almost had me in tears as you crossed the finish line!

At a friend's urging, I just started running this past March. I'm doing a local 5K in September and have signed up for the 10K at the Princess Half Marathon in February. I'm very excited to be doing this, but really scared as well. I can't even imagine doing a full marathon - that's amazing
