Please I need some ebay purchase problem help

hi all, have not purchased much on ebay, after Christmas wanted to purchase a Dept 56 house for DDIL saw a site with a few I wanted and sell said would combine shipping for lower cost, these were buy it now items, so email to ask how to do since you had to pay right away.. he/she email back just to purchase each and he would adjust shipped and refund thru Pay Pal, Ok make first purchase, pay, go back to purchase other items and there are NO items on his site...email him and say ebay screwed him up and closed his site by mistake not to worry would relist stuff that night(this happened DEC 30) so fine, didn't do that but sent another email said would get to it that day New years Eve, then New Years Day ....well here we are days later no no repost listing and I had emailed back on Sunday to just to mail out the one I bought and I would purchase the other items later... so emailed again yesterday and have not heard anything... What do I do, how long do I wait and do I have any recourse and who do I contact about this and is the clock running on me being able to have any recourse... any help would be appreciated... I know it was a holiday weekend.. so was willing to wait but not hearing back and no items relisted Oh he had a 100% rating, but I just don't know the correct procedure... Thank you all... You have 45 days to file a claim. I would e-mail him again saying that you are concerned that you have not heard from him and ask him to e-mail you back. If I did not hear again by Thurs night I would e-mail saying that if you do not hear from him by Sat morn you will file a claim and then do so. You just click on the item and tell e-bay he didn't mail it. h will have a few days to dispute it and then you will get a refund.

Oh thank you so much for answering, I did not want to get the seller in trouble and I can wait as long as I know someone is trying I was just not sure how the process worked. I do not need to rush this, but having remembered threads on here about people waiting toooo long, I figured I could ask...the story seemed ok at first but then no re listing(I was going to purchase more from him and told him) and then no answers the last few days...got alittle worried Thank you soooo much...and I guess the seller thanks you too. If Ebay closed him down I would go ahead and ask for a refund - file through Ebay asap. If you want to give the seller the benefit of a doubt ask him for a refund and tell them you will buy the item again when they relist it. If you don't hear back within 24hrs then definately file with Ebay.

Ok I emailed him again and just heard back and said sorry ebay has not solved the problem yet. did I want the package mailed? I said yes please do that, I emailed you 2 X in the last few days to do that? I do not know where those emails went... I am going to double email this time...I linked thru the ebay message site and I have to say I do not see those messages there so it might be ebays fault too? I thank you for helping me and I will let you know when it ships and if it does not I will ask for money back...right away...and follow thru on that. it was a good deal on the piece so maybe that is the problem he can relist and get more? Makes me feel so much better to have your advise on this...:goodvibes
 
Ok I do have a tracking no. it is not tracking but I think I got his attention, hopefully this is all on track now... thanks for your help, helped put my mind at ease...:goodvibes
 
No problem! Just keep checking that tracking number - it sometimes takes a few days to get the info from the USPS. Some post offices do not even scan packages :confused3
