I'm trying to get a pic from my computer into my sig, but I don't know how, and I made it so it's not on a web sight, it's from my computer, can anyone tell me how I can get the pic into my sig??

have it hosted on a website, like all my pictures are hosted my photobucket.com and its free

yes, go to photobucket.com and make an account and host your picture on there, then you will be able to put it in your sig.
