Please help!!!

Okay, I have a couple questions, and I'm so new to all this Universal stuff so please bear with me!

I've already completely booked and paid for a vacation package through universal for September with my boyfriend. We're staying at HRH.

When we get there, we'd like to upgrade the flex plus tickets we bought with our package into APs.

1. Where do I find if there is an AP discount for HRH for this time? On the website it says to log in to your ap account to see ap discounts, but as I don't have one yet, it's kind of hard to log into it! lol

2. If there is an AP discount for when we're going, can I still have this applied to our package since I paid for it? How would I go about that since I won't have the APs until we actually get there?

I may be wrong, but I don't think AP rates would be able to be applied to a package, since the packages I think have to include tickets, and if you have an AP then you don't really need the tickets. Someone smarter will correct me if I'm wrong.

I think you are correct. If you were planning on upgrading to an AP and wanted the AP rates, you shouldn't have purchased the package. I'm also not sure how they work upgrading a flex ticket to an AP.
