Please Help!

I've never been at Disney during free dining so I don't know what to do. Should I book a room (POP) with dining or without dining, or should I wait until free dining is announced to book a room? Please help! I will be my DD's birthday and I don't want to be left out.

I don't know that there is a right way to do it, other than to be sure to call as soon as the discount is announced whether to book a new package or apply the code to your existing reservation. We've never had a hard time getting a reservation using whatever the current promotional code is at the moment, and we don't usually plan more than a few months in advance.

Personally, I wouldn't bother making the reservation now. I'd just watch the DIS and the Mousesavers newsletter and call the first day the package discount is made available for booking.
