Please help

If any of you out there found a digital camera on the WDW bus on Sunday July 2 please get in touch with me. It's a Canon Digital Elph SD200 (silver) and it was in a black leather holster. I believe it slipped out of my pocket on the bus from Poly to AK in the morning (around 8:30am) This was our last day so it has our entire trip's pictures. This was the first trip for our 6 month old (along with our 7 year old son) We will never agian have a picture of her posing with Pooh, Mickey, etc. There were at least 250 pictures on the card. Honestly I don't even care about the camera, I just want the card! It's down right depressing to think about the shots we lost. I have been checking with central Lost an dFound everyday, but nothing, althought they don't seem to be trying very hard. if anyone has any advice or can help in anyway PLEASE let me know. Thanks!

Call lost and found. They may have it.

Sorry you lost your camera. Since Central Lost & Found has the report from you, they will be able to match it up if your camera gets turned in. There's not a whole lot they can do otherwise. Central L&F is where everything goes after it's been turned in and logged in the parks.

I really hope it turns up for you.

I hope that even if a dirtbag has taken your camera, that they will at least have the decency to return the memory card.

My guess is that anyone who would not return a camera found would not be a member of our great community.

I'll have my fingers crossed for you.

I really hope someone turns it in..i would if i ever found a camera..but not everyone is a honest as i am unfortunaley.
My MIL lost her brand new digital camera last year somewhere between our bus stop at the resort,and the park..she even asked everyone on our bus if they found it and called the hotel immediatly..no one turned it in. Really sad...

I am so sorry I know how this can be, something similar happend to us, however it was the camera that malfunctioned and I went through 6 rolls of film before I knew it. It counted down and rewond just like it was supposed to until the last roll. Anyway we were fortunate that friends were along and we got many pictures from them.

My questions is did you get any fast pass picture taken? The little credit card type thing that CM in parks give you, they are usually at all characters. If so go online withe the info on the card and you can order the disc for $99 will all the pictures on it.

Oh, that is just awful! I was just thinking the other day about writing down our name and hotel info once we check in and taking a pic of it, so if my camera were to get lost, it would have that info on it - that is if someone found it, looked through the pics and wanted to find the owner. I really hope whoever found it turns it in and soon!

I'm so sorry this happened to you! Hopefully you have your Photo Pass and can at least get some pix. For the first time ever we took our laptop with us this year to dump our pix each as our card filled up. We weren't thinking about getting a camera stolen,but I guess this would be another good back up idea. (Now, I'll have to worry about my laptop getting stolen...
