Please help with rental advice

I have been looking for a place to stay for our June trip and need some input on three of the developments I am not familiar with. I tried searching them on the board and it seems people have asked about them and got little response so maybe they are not OK. They are Royal Palm Bay, Villa Del Sol and Lake Berkley
