Please help with maxpass asap?

we are at the park now for early entry trying to sign into maxpass. It's worked great the last three days. But there are four of us and as of this morning it only has our group as two. It says to link other passes. When I try to link the other two it says they are already linked and won't add them. City hall is a huge line and the photo shop is closed so nobody to ask.

Any ideas? Thanks so much!!

I know this sounds trite....but seriously, shut it all down and reboot. Power off and everything.

Thanks! Unfortunately I've since found out it's because there were turnstile problems and two tickets didn't scan in properly. I've been trying to get it fixed for the last 45 minutes and am now in line at City Hall. Judging by the line we aren't the only ones! At least the other three can do things in the park while I'm in line.

Yikes! That doesn't sound like a fun way to spend Park time. Hope you get it fixed quickly.

Wow! Rough start to a day! I would not be happy if we were there for early entry only to be stuck at City Hall.

That's happened to us before. Now I check to see if all our tickets were properly scanned before leaving the entrance area. If not the CM at the gate was able to just try again, but we have APs.

I was in line today waiting to get a return time for our son and both of the people ahead of me were having the same issue with max pass. It took a few minutes but the issue was fixed and both people were given two anytime fastpasses. We have been lucky so fan and have had no issues with maxpass at all and we are loving using it!

I hope you get a refund on the max passes. That is a total waste of time.
