2 years ago, Christmas time, I lost all 5 of our 8 day park hoppers on the 2nd day. I didn't realize until we were at the hotel and preparing for the next day. Talk about total freak out and it didn't help that I was pregnant.
Thankfully the park was not yet closed so my wonderful DH drove back (after trying to call without any answer because the phones were closed for the day) and went to guest services just outside DL. The lady got on the phone, called someone and then told my DH to go wait for a CM to get him at the exit gate. The guy took him into City Hall and said do you know the numbers on the tickets.
We thought that was the end when he said do you have any FP you didn't use. My DH thankfully had one in his pocket and that had the number to one of the tickets, not to mention that it was in the holder that fell off my lanyard so he was able to describe that. My DH was so thankful, told the CM that I was back at the hotel in tears and I would also be happy. So the CM said give me your phone hold the tickets and you can send her a picture of you and the tickets.
I hadn't seen a picture of him that happy in a long time and talk about total relief. Its nice to be reminded that we still have good people in this world.
