Please help with - 'I'm going to Disney World' logo

Please could someone make me a logo to go onto a t shirt for my little girl, we are going on her first trip in may 2013.

I would like if possible - I'm going to Disney World and her name Makinley-Skye underneath. Also a Minnie mouse head in the middle. In the usual colours red etc.
