Hi everyone.

I really need some of your expert advice. Everyone here seems to understand all the fine nuances and details of everything - and I would be really appreciate if you could share some of your expertise with my situation.

My husband and I are going down to Disney from October 27 - October 30th. We are going down for our friends' Disney Wedding - which falls only 2 weeks before our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. We were married in Disney on November 14, 2003. I don't really see us going back now until after we have kids - so I want us to have a really nice time.

Also we want to enjoy this trip since we haven't had a vacation this year and it's so close to our own anniversary.

We will be staying at Coronado Springs. We stayed there for a few days as part of our wedding trip.

I booked the discounted package with a 1-day base ticket and dining - since I wanted most everything to be paid for. I really wanted to try the dining plan and figured we'd spend more than the $75 per day on food and snacks.

We will also be purchasing 2-day special discounted park-hopper wedding passes - which are only $102 each and include admission to either Disney Quest or Pleasure Island. So in total we have 3 days worth of passes - but only 2 days of Park Hopping.

We get in on Thursday and should be at the resort by 11 am or noon. Our friends have invited us to the Rehearsal Dinner at O'Hana followed by a Welcome Dessert Party at GF. We don't plan on going into the parks on Thursday. We would have tried MNSSHP Thursday night if we weren't going to the Welcome Party. So we probably don't need to use any credits that day since our dinner is covered. Maybe a CS credit - but definitely not TS.

On Friday the wedding ceremony isn't until 7:30 pm at the Wedding Pavilion (Reception at American Adventure). So we basically have a good day in the parks. We will need to be ready for the wedding by about 6:00 - 6:30 pm.
I thought this day would be the best day to see only 1 park - but not sure if it will work with our dining wishes.

Saturday we have all day free - but it is the only day for Wishes and Spectromagic.

And Sunday we need to be at the airport by 5:30 pm or so.

We are renting a car.

We want to fit the following restaurants in - and want to get the most out of the dining package - but also need to consider our park tickets - and the days we can hop.

My husband wants to eat in either Le Cellier or Chefs de France - loves the Cheddar Cheese Soup so much we served it at our wedding. Also loves French Onion Soup and Creme Brulee at Chefs de France. Either of these would make him happy.

I wanted to eat at Cinderella's Table since that is where my husband proposed and it is special to me. No chance at breakfast or lunch. (We tried for Friday afternoon Lunch at CRT figuring we could have that day be our non-hopping day but so far no luck). I thought dinner might be nice on Saturday night before the parade and fireworks - and there is some availability.

And I also always love a character meal - a trip is not complete without one.

But I need to come up with a sightseeing plan that takes into account that we have 3 days of park passes - but only 2 days of hopping.

But how do you suggest I get the most out the dining plan - fit in the restaurants we want - and still manage the wedding and our park passes?

Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it.

First thoughts:

You don't need to eat at le Cellier to have the cheddar cheese soup. Make the reservations at Chefs de France. Use snack credits at the Canada F&W festival booth to get the cheddar cheese soup :)
