Please help trying to print

I am trying to print images for the large m&ms pressed penny container, a lime green mickey head, and coupons that the disigners so generously made for me and my computer when I try to print asked me what dimensions I want to print my pictures gives me only stand picture full page, 5x7, 4x6, 3 1/2x5, I don't want to distort the images but I am lost on how I should get them to print properly.

I have to computers I can print both are doing the same thing. One is Windows 7 and the other is Windows 8 operating systems. Thank you in advance.

I print either landscape or portrait
I print standard size page 8.5x11 regular computer paper
I unclick box that says print to fit
I print 4 on a page
9x13 cm

another option if you have Microsoft word is to transfer them to a word document and they will print 3 to a page (with space at the bottom). Good luck.
