Hi guys, I am not sure which forum this should be in so if it is the wrong one, please feel free to change it. I have a major dilemma and I figured that the people on this board would be the best ones to solve it.

We bought our daughters front row seats to the Toy Story on Ice show in Philadelphia. This is not usually part of our budget be we purchased them as their main Christmas gift this year. Of course, living at the Jersey Shore, we got hit with almost 2 feet of snow and could not make it to the show. They have offered to exchange our tickets for another show (which I am very grateful for) however, we do not get the center ice front row seats anymore. Our only option is to go to the box office before the start of the show that we would like to attend and exchange them for whatever seats are still available. We are planning on going tomorrow. As of now, they do have a front row seats available however, they are all of the way on the side next to the black curtain (end of the stage). They also have 4th row seats available center stage.

My question is to anyone that has seen the show this year. Which seats would be better? The girls are 5 and 1 1/2 so I thought that having no obstructions would be the best but I don't want them to miss half of the show b/c they are so far towards the back of the stage. If anyone has sat here in previous shows, are they good seats? What are your opinions? Thanks

are the fourt row still on the ground or up in the bleachers? (or whatever they call it).

I have been to these ice shows in Philly and would say that anything center stage is better than on the side. I won't take the kids if we can't get center stage because the view from the side is bizzare and you won't get the full effect of the show. At that age - you want to be a little higher up so they can see and I'm not sure but isn't the 4th row floor seats - as in, not on risers? Without being up on risers a little I don't think your little ones will see very well and you might all end up disappointed.

I wouldn't take the seats by the curtain and if the 4th row isn't on risers.....I wouldn't want those either. Sorry.

I agree with PP. and with this show, they did a lot of neat light effects on the ice that I don't think you could see even in the front row. we were happy we were in the risers.

thank you all for your input. The woman on the phone did not tell me if they were risers or not. I guess that we will just have to wait and see when we get there. Thanks again
