PLEASE HELP! Special Request - Girl Scout Bronze Award Design

Hi all!
I am a Girl Scout Troop leader and one of my girls is earning her Bronze award which is the highest honor a girl in 4th or 5th grade can earn. She has worked really hard to make a difference in our community to earn this award! We would love to make her a t-shirt but lack the talent to create a design.

Would anyone be able to create a design for her? Our Bronze Award Recipient's name is Maria. It would be great if it could say "Bronze Award Recipient 2011 Maria" in noticable lettering with any cool design! Girl Scout colors are teal, brown, & tan - but the design does not have to be those colors...

That design is beautiful! I am going to save it in case any of my juniors receive that award. More importantly I am going to explain to the troop how we can share our skills like you do to help others!
