HI

Could anyone please tell me what is included with a children's wish for dinner?

Is it an appetizer, entree and dessert?

If appetizers aren't offered on the children's menu can they pick one from the adult menu?

Kids must order from the kids menu. There weren't any appetizers on it. They do get dessert and drink. My DS7 wasn't offered (and we didn't ask for) an appetizer from the regular menu ~ except at Fulton's he was offered. So I would ask at each place.
