IF they access to a computer they should start with the Disney World website. They have maps and much info about what's in the parks. And join the Disboards too, so much great info here. My trip last Sept. was the best to date, due to much reading here and researching what I learned of from here. I went so informed and knowing what I had to do,what I would like to do, and what attraction/show/ride could wait until Sept.'06.
We use to try to do it all, which only lead to cranky people and small "disagreements". We still had fun on those trips, but those times could and would spoil the Magic.
First rule of thumb, for me, relax, do what you can and save the rest for another trip. Be as informed of what you can. Try to make sure everyone in your party gets a chance to experience at least 1 must do thing.
Our last trip was so awesome, there's really no discribing it.

There was not one "disagreement", no one overly worn out and FUN!!
