If you purchase the 4/3 deal with the dining plan, do you get the dining plan free for the three days as well??

Simple answer: no. The 4/3 deal is for room and tickets only although the cost difference on the tickets between 4 and 7 days is minimal so the big discount comes from the room savings. For us the 4/3 save about 43% off the room price.
