Please Help: Post your pictures of characters at wedding!!!

Hi everyone,

I was hoping I could get your help. My dad is now thinking of getting one character for our reception!!!! He is just thinking about it and he wants to see photos to see if it is worth it.

Could you please post your pictures that you had with the characters at your wedding???

We would likely just have Mickey, so if you have a photo of Mickey in his attire dancing or posing or whatnot, or any of the other characters, that would be great.

we had a brunch reception - alice and the mad hatter showed up! heh..

as we had an afternoon wedding, this was also kind of part of our entertainment, so it really fit into the budget and the guests seemed to really like it!

We had Mickey and Minnie in their Holiday outfits (we were married on December 15th). They were one of the highlights of our reception!

Wow, I LOVE the Christmas outfits!!! We are getting married just a few days after you did (2011), but our wedding colors are shades of purple so I'm torn on which one I like better!!

The Christmas outfits were awesome, we absolutely loved them. Our colors were black and white, so we didn't have to worry about anything clashing!

We had Mickey in his traditional outfit. He took tons of pictures, did the electric slide with us and interacted with all the guests. He was a major hit! The adults enjoyed him more than the kids lol.

That's our anniversary! Now that I see them, I want to have them too. We are doing a Memories VR this year on Dec 16. Does anyone know if you can have the characters with that package?

We also surprised our guests with Mickey and Minnie. It was so worth the money though and one of the best parts of my wedding. Everyone was surprised and had a great time. We were also lucky enough to have them dressed in purple to match our theme.

These photos are great. I'm thinking I will upgrade to an Escape package in case I can't have characters at a Memories wedding. The characters. just seem to make the weddings they attend.

Does anyone know which face characters you can get? For example, are all of the princesses available?

Mickey and Minnie seem to be a bit prudish about kissing!

You "can" get the princesses but our planner told us it's kind of weird with them; they belong to a "story" and so wherever they go, there has to be some kind of backdrop behind them. So I guess it would all depend on where your locations are at and which princess you want (if just one), for instance our reception is at ADH so when our planner told us this all I can see in my head is the princesses walking in with some painted curtain behind them!

Originally we were going to get Mickey and Minnie. But when we saw Minnie's dresses they just did not go well with my colors and theme. So, we just had Mickey in his tux. He was well worth the money! he danced and took pictures, helped us cut the cake and stood for what seemed like a long time.
