Please help planning a surprise 21st bday trip!!

I am currently trying to plan a surprise visit for my BFF who will turn 21 while we are in Disney. She has never been to WDW before and I want to make this extremely special. She has had a really rough year having been in and out of hospitals with multiple surgeries following a brain injury. We have gotten the ok from her doctor and now want to make this the best trip ever.

We are going to try our very best to keep it a secret until we leave. Does anyone have any tips on keeping it a secret and the best way to reveal? We are going to need to let her know that we are going somewhere so she can let her professors know she will miss class and so she can pack. I keep trying to think of ways that I could pack for her but I am just not creative enough. so please help!!!!

Also what do you suggest for little surprises once we get there. I would like to have something in the room but we are already stretching our poor-college budgets to pay for her trip and disney floral seems really expensive.

1st let me know how awesome what you are doing is.

2nd here are a few ideas

One you can get her a card and in the card put a disney gift card and say here this is for you to use once we get to disney world or somethign like that.

You can make shirts that say We are celebrating ... 1st trip to disney and her 21st birthday and make her one saying It's my 1st trip and my 21st birthday! give it to her on the way to the airport or if your driving in the car. You can design it on the computer and get the transfer paper from staples and iron it onto the t shirt.

You can call and have a cake sent to the place you are eating at the night of her birthday. I had one and it was like $28.00

I understand the tight budget but if you call Disney floral they may be able to send balloons or a mickey holding the candle which may be cheaper for you
