Sitting here in CT on a snowy day wondering if anyone has any advice about our upcoming trip to AKL on 2/9-2/13 (w/ DS's almost 7 & 5 & DD 19 mos). Disney just changed its Feb MK schedule so I had to change my schedule around a little. What do you all think of this itinerary?

2/9 Arrive AKL around noon, hang out at resort, dinner at BOMA, early night.
2/10 MK all day, Wishes at 7:00 (never seen it!)
2/11 Epcot FutureWorld in morning (no time for World Showcase this trip, though I love it!); PS at Coral Reef for lunch; MGM afternoon (think we'll skip Fantasmic this trip, did it last time with the 3 kids).
2/12 AK all day, hang out at AKL afternoon, DS's go to Simba's Clubhouse while DH, DD and myself do something (not sure what, DD is a very good baby).
2/13 leave 8:00 am.

Remember with a little one to keep it flexible. Thats the #1 key to a sucessful trip w/ infants and toddlers. Fitting all 4 parks in 3 days might get to be challenging.

As for something for DH, you and DD to do-- you could always look into the Carriage Rides. You could always book dinner or something, but that seems more of either an entire family thing or a husband/wife only thing. If you have park hopping options, then you could always go see Illuminations that night.

Wow I don't think I could do it without breaks in the afternoon. My husband and I usually go back for a couple hours and relax.
The one day we didn't do this and we stayed at MK 9-8 we regretted it and were too tired. That's just the two of us... god bless you with kids. :D
We were very impressed with the parents we saw.... we kept saying we didn't know how they were doing it since we were tired out just by ourselves. :D

If we do "full days" we don't do more than 2 in a row usually. We need the recharge as does my son (who still does and he just turned 12). It keeps us from pooping out and we fully enjoy each day of the trip that way.

Double check your operating hours and times for wishes. I think it will be more crowded than usual for Feb and hours have been extended. Makes it difficult to see wishes with young kids. Wish they would do wishes at 7 and let the park close at 10 instead of moving wishes to park close.
