Please Help pick Sunset Lakes Villa

I cannot decide between the 2. Anyone feedback would be appreciated.

I like the wood and tile floors and the furnishings of the first one (32153) although it's 4br and the other is 5br. The 5 br shows a nice upstairs balcony.
It says the pool faces south in the 5 br. Looking at the tax records map of the 4 br it looks like it might be east or southeast. If you're going in the summer it probably won't matter because it will be hot but in the winter you might want more sun on it later in the day. Although we had an east facing pool and it was ok in March.
They both are very nice so you'll probably be happy with either.

I like 129691- because of the decor and it looks like the pool has some privacy. They are both lovely so I understand your problem. I went through it my self.

We stayed on Rising Star Court a few years ago and I'm looking at 129691 and thinking it's in the same area. 32153 seems to have houses to the right of it and will be less private.

We had a great house on Rising Star and really wanted to return to it. Unfortunately it was booked the next time and we ended up on the East side of town.

Sunset is a nice community and very close to Animal Kingdom and US 192. Enjoy.

You can go to www.maps.google.com and put in the address of the homes. The first one is SUNSET RETREAT CT kissimmee florida. You can either bring up a street map or satellite view.
Go to the tax appraiser site and bring up the maps for each home and you'll be able to see where they are. Just do a search for the owners names.
