Please help pick a resort!!!

I am planning a trip for next March, and I need help deciding on a resort.

We will be staying for a week. It will be 2 adults and 4 kids, 4, 8, 13, and 15.
I have never taken 4 kids and I would like some input on the best way to do rooms, 2 rooms at POP or a villa. I would like any of your ideas on this.

Please help me figure out where to stay. We usually stay at POP, but the 13, and 15 year olds have never been, and I want to make it great for them on their first time.

Myself and DH and kids ages 15, 9, and 5 are staying at POR in Oct. Look at allears.net to get pictures and ideas of what it looks like.
