Please help on door decor

I am overwhelmed at the moment right now. Short version: We planned surprise trip (cruise and world) for kids with 2 other friends families in April. Hubby is now fighting cancer starting at day one of Summer. Waiting for results. We found out we are still are able to go. We really need this. I am overwhelmed at the rules of how to ask for help here and have to run to hospital, so please please please forgive if I am doing this wrong.

Can anyone help me with door decoration (name fills or ears) for our families? I'm not picky.
We leave on trip mid Nov. Here are merely suggestions for us...

Rita- Hawaiian grass skirt Minnie
Jake- Hawaiian guitar Mickey
Houston- Beach guitar or pirate Stitch
Isabella- Beach or red flower pattern Stitch with or without Lilo or Moana

Kayleigh- Little Mermaid
Trey- Bruce Shark (Nemo)
Chris- Beach or pirate Stitch (same as BFF Houston, have to have the same)
Kenzie- Meredith (Brave)

Alicia- Beach Club/Captain of ship Mickey
Kristi- Beach Club look Minnie
Addison- Little Mermaid (Can be like Kayleighs)

Just want you to know even if you can't I love the volunteers here. I've appreciated what joy you give to others.
