Please help me!!

I'm making my shirts right now and its just not working. On the white shirts the design just didn't seem to want to stick very well in a few places and the longer I kept the iron down (Trying to get it to stick) it started turning the shirt yellow. Then I went and got gray shirts and when I ironed the design on it, the blank parts at the top look fine but at the bottom it turned really dark gray.

What am I doing wrong???

Do you have the iron on the "cotton" setting? And from my experience, you can't keep the iron on the design too long.... only about 15 seconds. Hope that helps a little!

pre washed the shirts without fabric softner?
