We are going to be booking (and paying for) a trip for 3 families-3 seperate rooms, yet the same ticket package including the dining plan for everyone.
When we call, do we book as one large group OR do we book each family seperately?
Also-we will be charging our purchases to our card yet everyone else will be bringing their own spending money. In order to have charging priviledges on our card only, does it matter how we book? (Hey, we can only be so generous!) :rotfl2: I hope this makes sense!

do it all seperate or you will end up paying more then you should

Do it separately, it makes it easier for room charging.

Will you have 8 or more people over the age of 3? If so, a Magical Gathering coordinator can handle it all for you. Most are very well trained.

or you can use a Disney-specialist Travel Agent, who would coordinate it all.

There will be 8 over the age of 3 yet I was under the impression that it would end up costing more to go through Grand/Magical Gathering. :confused3

only if you book the extra Grand Gathering events; otherwise the cost is the same as if you booked with Disney direct or even with a TA who then worked with the Magical Gathering people.

I helped book a large group of 26 for a 10-day trip in June, the Magical Gathering people were great at keeping everything organized and coordinated, I think they have a little pull with the room assigners to keep the rooms near each other.
