Please Help Me with Pirate Game

I have never finished before and i cant find 2 items....it is the 2st item (it seems to be a key) and the last item (which i cant tell what it is but kinda looks like a crab arm)... can someone tell me how i get this?

The key is in the first screen on the pirate at helm. It is on his left arm(your right side of screen).
