will be arriving in anaheim in mid june our hotel has a disney desk can we book our tickets/bus for knotts /universal/magic mountain at hotel or do we need to book online this is our first trip to california and could use some advice thanks

Have never done it, but if you can do it at the hotel I would wait until you arrive to give yourself the most flexibility.
