Please help me pick - Kouzzina or Yachtsman Steakhouse.

I can't decide on which one to try. My DH loves steak and we have not been to the Yachtsman Steakhouse in almost 10 years. I would love to try the new Kouzzina but it is not getting great reviews. We have looked at both menus and like the Yachtsman much better but part of me feels like we should try Kouzzina because it is new and my DH watches Iron Chef all the time. We will be staying at the Boardwalk. Any reviews on both would be great. Thanks for your help !!!!

My 2 cents: Yachtsman is far better.

Reasons: I have been to both. I love Iron Chef too. But Kouzzina is not solid (maybe someday). In fairness, we went during soft opening, and hope it will improve -- but we were underwhelmed.

We'd definitely vote for Yachtsman!!! It is my DD's favorite restaurant!!!! We have always had GREAT food and GREAT service!!! Their creme brulee is excellent!!!!!!

I haven't tried Kouzzina yet though. But Yachtsman is a MUST DO for us every trip!!!!

We are looking forward to trying Kouzzina when we go down next month. We've been to Yachtman's and enjoyed it. I would suggest that if you're not sure go with Yachtman's. since you haven't been there in 10 years I'm sure you'll enjoy it again. You could always have another opportunity to try Kouzzina.

We just got back and went to both. I love Greek food so I thought Kouzzina was very good, we had awesome service (we went on 9/19). I was not as thrilled with Yachtman's, the service was good, I just thought the steak was so so, myhusband thought his steak was fairly good. Now I will say we got the Mac n Cheese (made with goat cheese) and that was fab.

To me they are two entirely different meals, if you are not sure about Greek food then Kouzzina may not be the first place to try it at (you might try an appetizier instead of meal that way you can try it and not be commited to a dinner)

Thanks everyone !!!! I think that we will probably go with the Yachtsman Steakhouse. WE have never been to a Greek restaurant and the menu does not really jump out at me. If it was getting really good reviews then I would feel more comfortable trying it. We will be back to Disney in May so I can always try it then. Any more reviews ? Thanks again !!
