I've stayed at Caribbean Beach, All Star Movies and Animal Kingdom Lodge. But this July will be the first time we've taken kids though, so we've only ever needed one room. I know that you can request "adjoining" rooms at all of the resorts though. They'll tell you they can't guarantee it, but I don't know anyone that's not gotten it when they've asked.
My very favorite has actually been the All Star Movies (yep, the "cheap" one) because it was sooooo "Disney". With the giant characters and stuff almost made it feel like you were ALWAYS in the parks. The others were very nice, don't get me wrong, but if you want the real "Disney" feel, I suggest the All Star Movies Resort.
On that note, I'd book NOW! if you want to stay there. I called last Monday to make our reservations and I had them start looking from June 24th on and the soonest they could get us in was July 6th....and that was for the two rooms....maybe you'll get lucky and someone cancelled since then....
The All Star resorts don't have suites and I don't think the Caribbean does either but the Animal Kingdom Lodge might, but they're probably VERY expensive. I know our single room was! GOOD LUCK!
