Hi Everyone,
My computer died a few weeks ago and I thought I would have to wait until after my Disney vacation in late October to save for a new one. Turns out mom had one she used for less than a year (she hardly used it even then but it is about 8 years old) stashed away. I don't know much about computers but I do know I'm happy to have one. I borrowed another computer to attempt to learn word art but it didn't have any programs where I could easily do it. This one has Microsoft word and I made a first attempt. It worked but the image got very distorted because the proportions of the text box and the image were very different. I really want to learn to do this stuff but I am not a techy. Could someone recommend a book, simple website, anything to help me know where to go next. I don't want to get frustrated and give up cause I love all of your designs so much and you've sparked a newe interest in me. Would any of you more experienced DISigners be willing to help me on a more ongoing basis as a mentor. That is how I learn best but I know you are all incredibly busy with your own lives, jobs, families, DISigning, etc. Thank you for any help even just one pointer or book title. I hope you are all having a wonderful summer! Roni
