Have 8a.m. dining reservation at Crystal Palace 1st MK day and doing rope drop 2nd MK day. Would like to get Peter Pan, Belle, and Buzz in on the same day... what do you suggest?

We are staying onsite and have magic bands.

Here are some rides we wanna ride, what do you suggest?

Belle
Little Mermaid
Peter Pan
Pooh
Dumbo
Barnstormer
Indy Speedway
Buzz
Haunted Mansion

Thanks you sooooo much! :goodvibes

I use the touringplans.com website personalized touring plan. You just check the rides you want and it will optimize the best order and even recommend which FP+ to get. I also like that it tells you approximately how long the ride or attraction is and how long it takes to walk to the next one.

Thanks... I've tried touring plans but not getting the results that seem do-able to me... it has me walking all over the place! We've been going for years, but I don't know current waits with the new FP+ (we've not done FP+ yet--this is our first time)

Anyone else has a suggestion on ride order?

What is tripping me up is that we want to do Belle and Peter Pan... not sure which one to ride first? And then should I do a FP for the other one?

Thanks! :goodvibes

Of course fastpass Pater Pan! I suggest doing Belle early. We've done Dumbo several times, and while it can get await at very peak times of day, generally the wait is not too long. Barnstormer is a very iffy prospect for us. We'll only ride it if the line is short. the ride itself is very short. the last time we waited about 20minutes for it, saw folks cutting the line, then got off and then chided ourselves for forgetting the ride was so short. :)
If those rides are your only priorities, and you plan to do RD one day, then you've only got three attractions non fastpass to cover. You could probably cover all three in one morning.

You talk about rope drop, but not the rest of your plans. Far more important than the first hour of the day is what week you plan to go, and how late you plan to stay. Rope drop during Easter week simply does not come close to rope drop most other weeks.
Further, and I can't say this emphatically enough, we cover FAR more attractions late at night than we do in the first hour. Even still, unless it is a super busy week, you should easily be able to cover three major rides I your first hour. The only significant attractions in your list are Belle and Peter Pan. The rest are only moderately busy rides.

If you are truly arriving at RD, then going to Belle first will be prudent. If it is more like 9:45 when you actually arrive (or you arrive at 9am on an emh day) then cover as many attractions as possible. go to the lower wait attractions. that way you cover two attractions before the waits build. (LM, Dumbo, Pooh would all be good an easy because they are close) I mean, except for the first twenty minutes of the day, Belle is going to have a wait. If there is already a 40minte wait for Belle, but ten minutes for Dumbo and pooh- you might was well cover those two while the getting is still good.

Still, after 9pm, most days, you could cover most of what is on your list with minimal waits. I'm not sure how late Belle runs, and Pan always has a wait, but otherwise the 'kiddie' ride waits REALLY drop off at night. If you start to see crazy waits, but the park is open late (past 9pm), then consider taking an afternoon nap, or what ever you need to do to last until 11pm.

I've been tracking the wait times of rides planning for my own trip and I would say to hit up Peter Pan first thing in the morning on your rope drop day, then make your way over to Indy Speedway second, since it's a slow loader. Knock out Buzz Lightyear while you're there with little wait then make your way from Tomorrowland over to Storybook Circus. Ride Barnstormer (another slow loader) then Dumbo. I'd then do Little Mermaid and save the FP+s for Enchanted Tails with Belle and Winnie the Pooh. My reason for Belle being a later FP+ is because if you did it first thing you'd probably be waiting 10 minutes then spending another 20 minutes doing the attraction, eating some seriously valuable early morning time. Then make my way over to Haunted Mansion at your leisure, maybe after lunch at Be Our Guest (which you can schedule a separate FP+, not part of your 3 attraction FP+s).

One tip I'd give you is to book Enchanted Tales With Belle for an afternoon FP+. It is a really long attraction (about 40 minutes from the time you go from the cottage to the castle). So if you do the attraction at rope drop, you end up eating up most of that golden first hour that the park is open.

By booking an afternoon FP+ for the attraction, you'll enjoy the attraction when the crowds and lines at other attractions are at their peak.

FastPass+: Belle (1PM); Peter Pan (2PM) and Buzz Lightyear (3PM).

From park opening:

Pooh (9:00 AM)
Indianapolis Speedway (9:25 AM)
Barnstormer (9:50 AM)

Bathroom break

Dumbo (10:20 AM)
Little Mermaid (11:00 AM)
Haunted Mansion (11:40 AM)

Break for lunch, followed by FP+ as scheduled above.
