PLEASE HELP me decide

I have ALL our ADR done BUT I have one I want to change.
We are staying at the CSR and on the day we were going to the water parks I had planed on just eating at Maya Grill when we got back from the water park.
I looked over the menu and nothing sounds good for my kids

I am now looking at
Boma
or
Cinderellas Gala feast @ 1900 park fare.
we already have a few character dinners planned.
In your opinon which is better
for kids ages 7 boy, 3 girl, and 1 girl
and if at the grand floridian , how dressed up do we need to be???

I have never done the Gala Feast at @ 1900 Park fare but since you have three kids all under 8 years old I would pick that.
I have done Boma several times and enjoy it but my son is older. I think the kids might like the characters more then just going to eat.

But on the other hand since you mentioned you had several other Character meals planned you might enjoy going to the AKL. We go about an hour before our ADR time and go look at the animals. The hotel is gorgeous too.
My son (now 11) has not had any problems finding something he likes on the buffet.

I guess it just depends on how many Character meals you really want to do.
